Fiberboard mold assembly
The invention discloses a fiberboard mold assembly and relates to the technical field of fiberboard molds. The fiberboard mold assembly aims to solve the problem that an existing fiberboard mold doesnot have a metal pipe fixing function and accordingly the metal pipe cannot be accurately distributed in a fiberboard. The fiberboard mold assembly comprises a cement fiberboard, a bottom mold plate,a fixing device and an intermediate mold plate. The top end and bottom end of the cement fiberboard are provided with insertion stations and fixing seams respectively, and the fixing seams are formedclose to the side faces of the cement fiberboard. The side face, close to the cement fiberboard, of the fixing device is fixedly connected with evenly distributed plugs, and the two side faces of thecement fiberboard and the two ends of the fixing device are provided with mortises and tenons respectively. The assembly is novel in structure, the metal pipe can be fixed inside the cement fiberboardso as to improve the use stability, and the assembly can be conveniently and stably installed; and meanwhile, the assembly has a certain fire-resistant protection function, and the practicability isremarkably improved.
本发明公开了纤维板模具组件,涉及纤维板模具技术领域,针对现有的纤维板模具无金属管固定的功能,导致金属管不能在纤维板的内部准确排列的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括水泥纤维板、底模板,固定装置和中介模板,所述水泥纤维板的顶端和底端分别开设有插入工位以及固定缝,且所述固定缝均靠近水泥纤维板的侧面设置,所述固定装置靠近水泥纤维板的一侧面固定连接有均与分布的插头,所述水泥纤维板的两侧面以及固定装置的两端分别开设有卯口以及设置有榫头。本发明结构新颖,且该装置不仅可将金属管固定在水泥纤维板的内部以增加使用稳定性,并且可被便捷稳定的安装;同时具有一定的耐火防护的功能,实用性得到了显著提高。
