The sampling isolation protection chamber comprises a sampling chamber main body, a transparent isolation plate is arranged in front ofthe sampling chamber main body, a seat is arranged on the back of the inner side of the sampling chamber main body, a sampling chamber air duct is arranged in the inner part of the seat, a sampling chamber high-efficiency filter is arranged on the inner wall of the protection chamber on one side of the sampling chamber main body in an embedded mode, a sampling chamber primary filter membrane is arranged on the inner wall of the protection chamber on the other side of the sampling chamber main body in an embedded mode, the sampling chamber high-efficiency filter and the sampling chamber primary filter membrane correspond to the head position of a sampler after sitting down, ventilation windows are formed in the two sides of the sampling chamber air duct, a sampling chamber fan is arrangedin the inner part of the sampling chamber air duct, and a sampling hand inlet is formed in the transparent isolation plate. The sampling isolation protection chamber creates a clean and sterile space,when sampling is carried out through a throat swab, a nose swab or other modes, a sampled person is protected, a sampling operator is further protected, meanwhile, air is purified, spreading of infectivity diseases is reduced, safety of the operator and the sampled person is greatly protected, and cross infection and infection source spreading are avoided.
