An isolation chamber comprising: a plurality of walls and ceiling defining an internal chamber; a first and second door, the doors sealing engagement with the walls; a fan filter unit arranged to extract air from the internal chamber; said isolation chamber is arranged to couple to a doorway, said coupling arranged to provide an airtight seal about said doorway.
