The multi-layer vehicle carrying device is characterized by at least comprising two vehicle carrying robots usedin a matched manner, wherein the two vehicle carrying robots are used as a bottom robot and an upper robot, wherein the upper robot comprises an upper supporting platform and a lifting and moving mechanism, wherein the upper supporting platform is used for bearing a vehicle, and the lifting and moving mechanism is arranged at the edge of the upper supporting platform and used for lifting and moving the upper supporting platform; the lifting and moving mechanism comprises multiple lifting rods, lifting rod folding and extending members and driving wheels, wherein the lifting rod folding and extending member is arranged on each lifting rod and used for enabling the lifting rod to be a folded state or an upright state, and the driving wheel is arranged at the lower end of each lifting rod; the lifting rod folding and extending members can enable upper supporting rods and lower supporting rods to be in a folded state before the top robot parks the vehicle in a preset parking space and canenable the upper supporting rods and the lower supporting rods to be in the upright state to enable the vehicle to be borne above the bottom robot when the upper robot parks the vehicle in the presetparking space.
