The system comprises a local geological deformation sensing device, a deformation data processing box, a local safety alarm box, a cable, a thick steel wire used for reinforcing the power transmission tower, and a remote network monitoring terminal. The local geological deformation sensing device comprises a cylindrical steel shell, a resistance type semiconductor strain gaugeand a power supply device, the thick steel wire penetrates through the axis of the local geological deformation sensing device and is fixedly connected with the local geological deformation sensing device, one end of the thick steel wire is connected with the slope, and the other end of the thick steel wire is connected with the power transmission tower; the resistance type semiconductor strain gauge is arranged in an inner cavity of the cylindrical steel shell, and the deformation data processing box comprises a threshold discrimination unit, a wireless transmission unit and a GPRS positioning sensor. When landslide deformation is too large, an alarm is given out in time, and therefore real-time remote monitoring and accident early warning are conducted on the unstable slope where the power transmission tower is located.
