Preparation method of polyurethane thermal insulation integrated plate for building material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a polyurethane thermal-insulation integrated board for building materials, which comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing and stirring dimeracid rare earth, titanium gypsum and water, adding jute fibers, and continuously mixing and stirring the components uniformly to obtain the filling material; (2) smearing a mixture of dimethicone andN,N-diethylpropargylamine sulfate on one surface of the PET film, and then putting a forming mold on the surface of the PET film; and (3) uniformly mixing and stirring polyether polyol, a flame retardant, dichlorofluoroethane, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent and fumed silica, adding isocyanate, pouring the mixture into a forming mold, filling the forming mold with the mixture, carrying out curing treatment, and demolding the cured product to obtain the polyurethane heat-insulation integrated plate. The polyurethane thermal insulation integrated board has excellent mechanical property andthermal insulation property, and the decorative material on the surface does not fall off even after long-time use.
本发明公开了一种建筑材料用聚氨酯保温一体化板材的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将二聚酸稀土、钛石膏、水混合搅拌均匀后,加入黄麻纤维,继续混合搅拌均匀,制得填充料;(2)将PET薄膜的一面涂抹上二甲基硅油和N,N‑二乙基丙炔胺硫酸盐的混合物后,然后在其表面放上成型模具;(3)将聚醚多元醇、阻燃剂、一氟二氯乙烷、分散剂、消泡剂、气相白炭黑混合搅拌均匀后,再加入异氰酸酯,将其倒入成型模具中,填满成型模具后,固化处理,脱模后制得聚氨酯保温一体化板材。本发明制得的聚氨酯保温一体化板材,具有优异的力学性能和保温性能,长时间使用后,表面的装饰材料不会发生脱落的现象。
