The invention discloses a modified silicone oil water repellent agent, a preparation method thereof, waterproof mortar prepared from the water repellent agent, and a preparation method of the waterproof mortar. The water repellent agent comprises polymethylsiloxane, 1-heptene, trichlorotert-butyl alcohol and chloroplatinic acid isopropanol. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring polymethylsiloxane and 1-heptene, adding chloroplatinic acid isopropanol, carrying out a reaction, adding trichlorotert-butyl alcohol, and continuously stirring the mixture; wherein the waterproof mortar comprises cement, graded sand, silica fume, fly ash, clay, titanium dioxide, cellulose ether, redispersible latex powder, polypropylene fiber, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer,an antifoaming agent and a hydrophobic agent. The preparation method of the waterproof mortar comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the rest raw materials to obtain powder, and adding the water repellent agent and water to obtain the waterproof mortar. The hydrophobic agent provided by the invention has excellent hydrophobic performance, and the waterproof mortar prepared from the hydrophobic agent has excellent impermeability.
