Magnetic powder modified asphalt mixture and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a magnetic powder modified asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof, wherein the magnetic powder modified asphalt mixture is prepared by replacing part of mineral powder and fine aggregate components in a traditional asphalt mixture with magnetic powder, and the magnetic powder modified asphalt mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-50.0% of magnetic powder, 2.0-15.0% of asphalt, 40.0-95.0% of aggregate, 0.0-40.0% of mineral powder, 0.0-1.0% of fiber and 0.0-1.0% of a surfactant. The magnetic powder modified asphalt mixture is mainly used for steel bridge deck pavement, and forms a pavement system together with an anticorrosive coating, a waterproof bonding layer, a buffer layer and the like. After paving, magnetizing the magnetic powder through an external magnetic field to magnetize the mixture paving layer so as to achieve a magnetic hardening effect, so that on the basis of physicochemical bonding of a traditional paving system, magnetic bonding between the mixture of the paving layer and the steel bridge deck slab is additionally increased, and the rigidity difference is reduced; therefore, the interlayer bonding and deformation compliance of the steel bridge deck pavement system are enhanced. The magnetic powder modified asphalt mixture can also be used for technologies such as pavement internal defect self-diagnosis and the like.
