The invention relates to a rock-asphalt-modified asphalt mixture which comprises matrix asphalt, natural rock asphalt, graphite oxide, a polymer additive and other fillers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mechanical shearing, nano compounding, polymer modification and the like. The rock asphalt/graphite oxide modified asphalt mixture pavement has the advantages of excellent fatigue resistance, excellent rut resistance and favorable water stability at high temperature. The low-temperature bending test indicates that the limit bending strain of the rock asphalt/graphite oxide modified asphalt mixture is up to 2410 microstrain or above, and is on the same level as the index of the unmodified asphalt mixture. The high-temperature properties of the rock asphalt/graphite oxide modified asphalt are obviously enhanced without influencing the low-temperature properties. The preparation method is simple, has the advantages of mild technique and lower cost, and is applicable to highways, urban trunk roads and other heavy-duty roads.
