When the insulator is damaged, the bacillus capsule is activated by moisture in the air, the activated capsule skin is decomposed, and the bacillus colony in the capsule phagocytize calcium lactate and urea in the calcium lactate porcelainbody for rapid propagation to generate fillers, so that the damaged part of the insulator is rapidly repaired, and the insulating strength is recovered; by means of the technical scheme, the problem that power supply is affected by repeated tripping of a line after a porcelain insulator is damaged is solved. The manufacturing method provided by the invention is used for manufacturing the self-healing porcelain insulator.
