The invention discloses a binder for ceramic powder 3DP forming, and the binder is characterized in that the binder comprises the following components in parts by mass: 90-100 parts of a base material, 15-20 parts of water-based styrene acrylic copolymer resin and 0.1-1 part of a surfactant, wherein the viscosity of the binder is 2-12 mPa.S, and the surface tension of the binder is 30-38mN/m. According to the technical scheme, the water-soluble styrene-acrylic acid copolymer resin is used as a cross-linked polymer, so the problems of low green body strength, difficulty in powder cleaning treatment, low density of a sintered ceramic product and high dielectric loss caused by poor wettability of the surfaces of a binder and ceramic powder are effectively solved. And the adhesive is simple inpreparation method and convenient to use, and the raw materials are easy to obtain.
