The invention discloses a binder for a ceramic fiberboard and a preparation method of the binder, and belongs to the technical field of binder product.The preparation method of the binder for the ceramic fiberboard comprises the following steps that a complexing agent is added into deionized water in a stirring mode, zirconyl nitrate and a stabilizer are gradually added into the deionized water after stirring, stirring continues to be conducted for 2 h after adding is completed, and the binder for the ceramic fiberboard is obtained; adding a tetramethylammonium hydroxide aqueous solution into the reactor, adjusting the pH value in the reactor, and continuously stirring for 2 hours to obtain a zirconium solution; and transferring the zirconium solution into a high-pressure kettle, carrying out hydrothermal reaction at 200 DEG C for 8 hours to obtain a product, and filtering the product to obtain the binder. The prepared adhesive for the ceramic fiber board shows excellent stability after being placed at room temperature for 60 days. By adding the complexing agent, the stabilizer and the surface active agent, the stability of the zirconium-containing solution is remarkably improved, and meanwhile, by adding the surface active agent, the dispersing performance of the adhesive in the ceramic fiber board can be improved.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷纤维板用粘结剂及其制备方法,属于粘结剂生产技术领域,陶瓷纤维板用粘结剂的制备,包括以下步骤:向去离子水中搅拌加入络合剂,搅拌后向中逐步加入硝酸氧锆和稳定剂,添加完毕后,继续搅拌2h,然后向中加入四甲基氢氧化铵水溶液,调节反应器中的pH,继续搅拌2h,得到锆溶液;将锆溶液转移至高压釜中,200℃下水热反应8h,得到产物,产物经过滤后,得到所述粘结剂。本发明制备的陶瓷纤维板用粘结剂在室温下放置60d后表现出优异的稳定性性能。本发明通过络合剂、稳定剂和表面活性剂的添加,显著提高了含锆溶液的稳定性能,同时,表面活性剂的添加,有助于提高粘结剂在陶瓷纤维板中的分散性能。
