The sludge hydrothermal carbon ceramsite is prepared by taking a low-temperature sludge hydrothermal carbonization material with a porous structure, highspecific surface area and high humic acid content as a main raw material, so that the ceramsite with large specific surface area and high humic acid content is obtained. When the ceramsite is used for sewage treatment, pollutants can be adsorbed, a microorganism growth environment can be provided, and then the sewage treatment capacity and effect of microorganisms are improved.
