The invention belongs to the field of sludge ceramic materials, and particularly relates to sludge ceramsite as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The present invention provides a sludge ceramsite preparation method, which comprises: mixing a mixed dry material and water to obtain a mixed wet material, and the mixed dry material comprises dewatered sludge, paper fiber and clay; sequentially forming, drying and calcining the mixed wet material to obtain unmodified sludge ceramsite; and mixing the unmodified sludge ceramsite with a lanthanum ion solution for lanthanum modification to obtain the sludge ceramsite. The sludge ceramsite disclosed by the invention is high in pollutant adsorption capacity and good in water purification effect, and the adsorption capacities of arsenic and phosphorus respectively reach 85mg/g and 45mg/g.
本发明属于污泥陶瓷材料领域,具体涉及一种污泥陶粒及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供了一种污泥陶粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将混合干料和水混合,得到混合湿料,所述混合干料包括脱水污泥、纸纤维和粘土;将所述混合湿料依次进行成型、干燥和煅烧,得到未改性污泥陶粒;将所述未改性污泥陶粒与镧离子溶液混合进行镧改性,得到所述污泥陶粒。本发明的污泥陶粒对污染物的吸附量高,净水效果好,对砷和磷的吸附容量分别达到85mg/g和45mg/g。
