Light magnesium slag building material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a light magnesium slag building material and a preparation method thereof. The building material comprises the following raw material components: 40-55 parts of magnesium slag,30-45 parts of fly ash, 5-20 parts of cement and 5-10 parts of silicon powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: proportionally mixing the waste magnesium slag with the fly ash, cement and silicon powder, adding water with stirring, and adding the proper foaming agent into the mixture, thereby lowering the self-weight of the finished product, having abundant pores, and providing the heat-insulating effect. Meanwhile, a function relationship between the foam doping amount and the density of the magnesium slag finished product is given, so that the calculation of the dopingamount of the foaming agent is simpler and more accurate; after the mixture and the foaming agent are uniformly mixed and cured, a light magnesium slag building material finished product with good performance is obtained; in addition, the method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, excellent performance, environmental protection and practicability.
