The high-hardness scratch-resistant stainless steel comprises chemical components including, by mass, 16.0-18.0% of Cr, 3.0-6.0% of Ni, 4.0-7.0% of Mn, 0.5-1.0% of Cu, 0.35-0.6% of N, 1.1-1.5% of Mo, 0.05-0.15% of Si, 0.1-0.3% of Al, 0.1-0.3% of W, less than or equal to 0.03% of C, less than or equal to 0.045% of P, less than or equal to 0.03% of S, one or more metamorphic elements selected from B, Nb, Ti and RE and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the content of B is 0.001-0.01%, the content of Nb is 0.01-0.1%, the content of Ti is 0.01-0.1%, and the content of RE is 0.02-0.5%. A stainless steel plate is blanked, bent and welded to be manufactured into a water tank base body, a rough surface of a micro-nano structure is obtained through two times of shot blasting treatment, the rough surface is coated with a high-abrasion-resistance nano coating, and the scratch-resistant stainless steel water tank easy to clean is obtained.
