The invention relates to the technical field of assembly type steel structures, in particular to an anti-seismic stainless steel water tank structure which adopts a supporting system comprising a truss structure to convert unbalanced tension generated by water surface shaking or external load action into in-plane load of a wall plate through a truss unit. The wall plates can easily bear corresponding loads through the strong in-plane bearing capacity of the wall plates, so that the unbalanced load bearing capacity of the stainless steel water tank is greatly improved, the influence of water surface shaking under strong earthquakes can be resisted, and the viability of the stainless steel water tank under earthquakes and strong wind is improved. According to the functional positioning and stress characteristics of all the components, connection among all the components is designed, effective transmission of loads is guaranteed, and unnecessary mutual interference is avoided.
本发明涉及装配式钢结构技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗震型不锈钢水箱结构,该水箱结构通过采用包括桁架结构的支撑体系,将因为水面晃动或者外荷载作用而产生的不平衡拉力通过桁架单元转化为了壁板的面内荷载,壁板可通过其强大的面内承载力轻松承担对应荷载,从而大大提高了不锈钢水箱承受不平衡荷载的能力,可抵抗强震下的水面晃动影响,提升了在地震、强风下的生存能力。本发明根据各构件的功能定位和受力特点,设计了各构件间的连接,保证了荷载的有效传递,并避免了不必要的相互干扰。
