Graphene modified polypropylene crude fiber and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of polypropylene modified fibers, and particularly discloses a graphene modified polypropylene crude fiber and a preparation method thereof. The crude fiber comprises a skin layer and a core layer wrapped inside the skin layer, wherein the core layer is made of polyformaldehyde and accounts for 20%-80% of the diameter of the finished fiber, and the skinlayer accounts for 20%-80% of the diameter of the finished fiber; the crude fiber comprises the following components of, in parts by weight, 50-250 parts of polypropylene resin, 0.5-5 parts of graphene, 1-10 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.1-1 part of liquid paraffin, 1-15 parts of wollastonite powder, 0.1-0.5 part of an antioxidant, and 0.1-0.5 part of an ultraviolet light absorber; and the crude fiber is obtained mainly by two steps of blending and granulating graphene modified polypropylene, and spinning and extruding after master batch and polyformaldehyde melting respectively. The modified fiber has the advantages of being good in graphene dispersity and high in fiber strength.
