Polypropylene fiber modified rubber concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a polypropylene fiber modified rubber concrete and a preparation method thereof. The polypropylene fiber modified rubber concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 488 parts of cement, 168 parts of water, 663-746 parts of sand, 973 parts of broken stone, 7.3 parts of a water reducing agent, 32.2-64.4 parts of rubber particles, and 1 part of polypropylene fibers, wherein the modified rubber particles replace part of sand according to the equal volume of 10%-20%. The preparation method of the polypropylene fiber modified rubber concrete comprises the following steps: preparing the raw materials according to the mass fraction; starting a stirrer, sequentially adding the weighed broken stone, polypropylene fibers, sand and modified rubber particles into the stirrer, stirring for 30 seconds to uniformly mix the aggregate, adding cement, and stirring for 10 seconds; dissolving a poly-carboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent into water according to a weight ratio, uniformly stirring to form a water reducing agent solution, adding the water reducing agent solution into the stirrer, and stirring for 2 minutes to obtain the polypropylene fiber modified rubber concrete.
