The invention discloses an asphalt spraying machine for thermal regeneration adhesive layer of asphalt pavement, which structurally comprises an anti-caking stirring device, an adhesive layer asphaltbarrel, a machine body, a suction pipe, a spraying gun and a spraying head. The adhesive layer asphalt barrel is placed on the machine body and provided with the anti-caking stirring device, the adhesive layer asphalt barrel is connected with the suction pipe through a suction pump, the suction pipe is connected to the spraying gun, and a nozzle is installed on the suction pipe. Compared with theprior art, the spraying machine can be used for transversely and longitudinally cutting and stirring the adhesive layer asphalt and disturbing vortexes, so that the adhesive layer asphalt is fully stirred, the adhesive layer asphalt is prevented from rotating and caking towards the same direction, the adhesive layer asphalt can be heated, and the adhesive layer asphalt is prevented from being condensed due to low temperature; and therefore, the adhesive layer asphalt remaining in the spray head can be shaken off through the elastic force of the spring, and the situation that the spray head isblocked due to the fact that the adhesive layer asphalt remains in the spray head is effectively prevented.
