The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a bridge hollow slab dismantling and recycling method which comprises the steps that S1, ancillary facilities located above a bridge deck pavement layer of a bridge are dismantled; s2, a bridge deck pavement layer and an expansion joint are removed; s3, the bridge hollow slabs are cut and separated in the longitudinal bridge direction and the transverse bridge direction correspondingly so that the bridge hollow slabs can be separated into single hollow slabs; s4, each single hollow slab is hoisted to a beamfield storage point by using a hoisting machine; s5, an explosion-free crusher is matched with manpower to break concrete in hinge joints of all the single hollow slabs; and S6, the single hollow slabs are sequentially subjected to cleaning, inspection and static load tests to separate out qualified single hollow slabs, so that secondary utilization of the bridge hollow slabs is achieved, manufacturing of newly-built engineering bridge hollow slabs is reduced, the construction period is shortened, the engineering cost is reduced, and the method is more environmentally friendly and economical.
