Dismounting and recycling method of hollow slab bridge
The invention relates to a dismantling and recycling method for a hollow slab bridge, and belongs to the technical field of bridge construction. At present, a large amount of manpower is needed for dismantling hollow slabs, as hinge joint space of an original bridge is narrow, reinforcing steel bars for enhancing connection are arranged at the two ends and in the bridge, the hollow slabs are prone to being damaged in conventional dismantling, and the dismantled hollow slabs are damaged. According to the method, the hollow slab bridge is not dismantled by breaking a hinge joint any more, the top plate and the bottom plate of the middle hollow slab are cut, the hinge joint is reserved, and the middle cutting block is I-shaped and is an I-shaped beam; and the cutting blocks are reutilized after being reinforced, the cutting blocks are installed, transverse prestress is tensioned, and ultra-high-performance concrete is paved on the bridge deck. According to the scheme, the hollow slab bridge is disassembled into the I-shaped beam, the new bridge can be the I-shaped beam bridge or still the hollow slab bridge, the disassembly work amount is small, tools are simple, it can be ensured that the cutting blocks can be reused, widening transformation of the existing bridge is accelerated, resource waste is avoided, and investment is reduced.
本发明涉及一种空心板桥的拆除及再利用方法,属于桥梁施工技术领域。目前的空心板拆除需要大量人工,因原桥梁的铰缝空间狭小,且两端及内部有增强连接的钢筋,常规拆除容易破坏空心板,使拆下来的空心板受到损伤。本发明不再通过破除铰缝拆除空心板桥,而是切割中间空心板的顶、底板,保留铰缝,中间的切割块呈工字形,为工字梁;加固切割块后重新利用,安装切割块,张拉横向预应力,并在桥面铺装超高性能混凝土。本方案将空心板桥拆解为工字梁,新桥可以为工字梁桥或者仍为空心板桥,拆除作业量少且工具简单,可确保切割块可重新再利用,加快了既有桥梁的拓宽改造,避免资源浪费,减少了投资。
