The invention discloses a cast-in-place box culvert jacking structure, and the structure comprises a supporting plate, a back beam, oil pickaxes, a transmission stand column, a sliding plate, a fixingshaft, a first roller, a supporting rod and a second roller, wherein the back beam is arranged on the supporting plate, the multiple oil pickaxes are fixed to the back beam at equal intervals, and multiple first sliding grooves formed at equal intervals are formed in the sliding plate; a plurality of fixing grooves formed at equal intervals are formed in the side wall of the first sliding groove,the fixing shafts are arranged in the fixing grooves, the first rolling wheels are rotationally installed in the first sliding groove through bearings, connecting rods are arranged on the multiple supporting rods, second sliding grooves are formed in the connecting rods, and the first sliding grooves and the second sliding grooves are arranged at equal intervals; and the second rolling wheel is rotationally mounted in the second sliding groove through a bearing. The invention further provides a construction method for jacking the cast-in-place box culvert. Friction resistance is effectively reduced, smooth box culvert jacking construction is guaranteed, and the box culvert cannot incline in the jacking process.
