Construction method of bored concrete pile
The invention relates to a construction method of a bored concrete pile. The construction method comprises the steps of leveling a site; performing drilling; performing chambering; enabling a reinforcement cage to be hoisted in a pre-pile hole; performing concrete pouring; and breaking a pile head. The hole diameter of the pre-pile hole is smaller than that of a pile hole in a design drawing, thehole wall of the pre-pile hole is extruded to expand the hole while an air bag is used for recovering a cylinder, so that the hole wall of the final pile hole is compact in soil layer and stable in structure, air can be directly exhausted into the atmosphere, convenience and conciseness in implementation are realized, and the working efficiency is further improved. During pouring, the hole wall isof a compact structure, so that the range of concrete permeating into the soil layer from the hole wall is greatly reduced, and the range of the soil layer polluted by the concrete is further reduced. According to the construction method, the surface of a base layer is subjected to mortar cleaning and holes and residual gaps are filled and leveled up, so that the problem of deviation in the subsequent drilling process of a drill rod can be avoided, and prolonging of construction time, caused by repeated adjustment of the drill rod, is avoided.
