Comprising a carry-scraper; the carry-scraper is used for shoveling and transporting materials in a slag storage yard, and a car machine control system is arranged on the carry-scraper; an information acquisition module; the information acquisition module is mounted on a carry-scraper and is used for acquiring position information of the carry-scraper and materials in a slag storage yard; a signal transmission module; the signal transmission module is mounted on the carry-scraper and is electrically connected with the information acquisition module; a data processing module; the data processing module is electrically connected with the signal transmission module; a background control module; and the background control module is electrically connected with the data processing module and the vehicle machine control system, and sends an instruction for controlling the carry-scraper to work to the vehicle machine control system. The unmanned carry-scraper not only can shovel and transport materials in a stockyard, but also can automatically work for a long time without personnel, so that the manpower is liberated, the labor cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
