Energy-saving light steel structure
The invention discloses an energy-saving light steel structure. The structure comprises a first transverse plate and light steel plates, the light steel plates are installed in grooves in the upper portion of the first transverse plate, the outer walls of the lower portions of the left light steel plate and the right light steel plate are in clearance fit with the inner walls of the grooves in thefirst transverse plate, and grooves are formed in the middles of the left side and the right side of each light steel plate. Fixing devices are mounted at the outer sides of the light steel plates. According to the energy-saving light steel structure, through mutual cooperation of a second transverse plate, a concave plate, a third transverse plate, a threaded rod, a handle and other structures,the threaded rod can be driven by the handle to rotate, the threaded rod can move downwards through the second transverse plate to abut against the third transverse plate, and therefore the light steel plates are fixed. Through mutual cooperation of the light steel plates, first transverse rods, a second vertical plate, a box body, second transverse rods and other structures, the second transverserods can support the left light steel plate and the right light steel plate through the box body and the second vertical plate, and therefore the using effect of the light steel plates is improved.
本发明公开了一种节能轻钢结构,包括第一横板和轻钢板,所述第一横板的上方凹槽均处安装有轻钢板,左右所述轻钢板的下方外壁与第一横板的凹槽处内壁间隙配合,所述轻钢板的左右两侧中间开设有凹槽,所述轻钢板的外侧安装有固定装置。该节能轻钢结构,通过第二横板、凹形板、第三横板、螺纹杆和把手等结构之间的相互配合,可以通过把手带动螺纹杆进行转动,螺纹杆通过第二横板可以向下移动,将第三横板抵紧,从而将轻钢板进行固定,通过轻钢板、第一横杆、第二竖板、箱体和第二横杆等结构之间的相互配合,可以使第二横杆通过箱体和第二竖板对左右两个轻钢板进行支撑,从而提高了轻钢板的使用效果。
