The invention discloses an energy-saving light steel structure, and relates to the technical field of steel structures. The energy-saving light steel structure comprises two steel plates and a connecting device, the two steel plates are connected through the connecting device, U-shaped connecting channels are formed in the steel plates, and one opening of each U-shaped connecting channel is located in the center of the upper surface of the corresponding steel plate. According to the energy-saving light steel structure, the two connecting devices are arranged to be connected with the steel plate to serve as a roof of the plant, in snowy days in winter, much accumulated snow exists on the top of the steel plate, and due to the fact that the temperature in the pig plant is higher than that of snow, the accumulated snow melts on the top of the steel plate, and snow water enters the U-shaped connecting channel; snow water in the U-shaped connecting channel can be slowly evaporated and discharged into the workshop through the opening in the bottom of the steel plate, the humidity in the workshop can be increased, and meanwhile the water in the U-shaped connecting channel can be prevented from overflowing through the opening in the bottom of the steel plate by setting the heights of the two openings of the U-shaped connecting channel.
本发明公开了一种节能型轻钢结构,涉及钢结构技术领域。该节能型轻钢结构包括两块钢板和一个连接装置,两块所述钢板通过连接装置相连,所述钢板内部开设有U形连接通道,所述U形连接通道一个开口位于钢板上表面中心处。该节能型轻钢结构,通过设置两块连接装置和钢板连接可以作为厂房的房顶,在冬季的雪天时,钢板顶部会存在较多的积雪,由于猪厂房内部温度大于雪的温度,因此积雪在钢板顶部会融化并且雪水会进入到U形连接通道内部,U形连接通道内部的雪水会缓慢蒸发并通过钢板底部的开口排出至厂房内部,可以增大厂房内部的湿度,同时对U形连接通道两个开口高度的设置可以避免U形连接通道内部的水通过钢板底部的开口漫出。
