The invention provides a building board. A panel is bonded to the upper end of a honeycomb core through a first foaming material, a bottom plate is bonded to the lower end of the honeycomb core through a second foaming material, and a frame is detachably arranged around the honeycomb core, so that a surrounding edge of the honeycomb core is formed, the honeycomb core can be well protected, and thestructural strength of the board is higher; edge burrs are blocked through the frame, deburring treatment is not needed during mounting, later mounting is more convenient, the structure of the building board is simpler, the cost is lower, and the bonding effect of the foaming materials is better; according to a manufacturing method of the building board, forming can be achieved only through one-time mold pressing, operation is easy, and the manufacturing method is suitable for industrial production; and according to a splicing method of the building board, boards which are different in size,suitable for being installed at external corner type wall corners and suitable for being installed at internal corner type wall corners can be spliced according to needs, operation is easy, and the application range is wide.
本发明提供的建筑用板材，通过将面板通过第一发泡材料粘接在蜂窝芯的上端，将底板通过第二发泡材料粘接在蜂窝芯的下端，在蜂窝芯的四周可拆卸地设置框架，从而构成蜂窝芯的围边，能够很好的保护蜂窝芯，使得板材的结构强度更高，并且通过框架阻挡了边部毛刺，安装时无需进行去毛刺处理，后期安装更加方便，也使得本发明提供的建筑用板材的结构更加简单、成本更低，发泡材料的粘接效果更好；本发明提供的建筑用板材的制作方法，只需一次模压即可成型，操作简单，适于工业化生产；本发明提供的建筑用板材的拼接方法，能够根据需求拼接出不同尺寸、适于阳角型墙角安装、适于阴角型墙角安装的板材，操作简单，适用范围广。
