MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR BUILDING BOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a high-quality building board equipped with a coating film excellent not only in initial deposition of a coating film and a top coating film of activation energy ray curable ink, but also in water proofness and weather proofness with no generation of a decrease in deposition with time or cracks.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a building board, which enables a building board to be manufactured by forming a cured coating film on irradiation with activation energy rays after an activation energy ray curable ink containing a monomer and/or oligomer having an ethylenic unsaturated group, and then by applying top coat onto the formed cured coating film, is characterized in that the reaction rate of curing reaction to form the cured coating film is 80% or more, and in that the surface temperature of the cured coating film to apply the top coat is higher than a theoretical value of the glass transition temperature of the cured coating film calculated from the Fox equation.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】活性エネルギー線硬化型インクの硬化塗膜と上塗り塗膜との初期付着性に優れるだけでなく、経時的な付着性の低下や亀裂の発生等が無く、しかも耐水性と耐候性とに優れた塗膜を備えた高品質な建築板の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】下塗り塗装を施した基材上に、エチレン性不飽和基を有するモノマー及び/又はオリゴマーを含有した活性エネルギー線硬化型インクを塗装した後、活性エネルギー線を照射して硬化塗膜を形成し、次いで、当該形成した硬化塗膜上に上塗り塗料を塗装して建築板を製造する建築板の製造方法であって、前記硬化塗膜を形成する際の硬化反応の反応率が80%以上であり、且つ上塗り塗料を塗装する際の前記硬化塗膜の表面温度が、フォックスの式から計算される当該硬化塗膜のガラス転移温度の理論値よりも高いことを特徴とする建築板の製造方法である。【選択図】なし
