The invention discloses an auxiliary device for wooden door pocket fabricated type installation and a construction method of the auxiliary device. The auxiliary device comprises clamping parts, a telescopic supporting part and locking parts. The telescopic supporting part comprises a connecting rod and two supporting sleeves, the connecting rod is sleeved with the two supporting sleeves, the two oppositely arranged supporting sleeves move in the axial direction of the connecting rod, and the two supporting sleeves are each provided with one set of the clamping part and locking part; the clamping parts are arranged at the outer end parts of the supporting sleeves and each comprise an F clamp fixed end, an F clamp movable end and a jacking-fixing sleeve; and the locking parts are arranged atthe inner end parts of the supporting sleeves and each comprise a restraining sleeve, a locking reed and a limiting part. The outer side size of a door pocket is obtained through the telescopic supporting part, the size is locked through the locking parts and kept stable, and door pocket side plates are supported and fixed through the clamping parts. Through the synergistic effect of all the components, the assembled door pocket can be erected in the middle of a door opening according to a state after installation completion, the tedious steps during installation in the past are omitted, andthe installation work of a wooden door is more efficient.
