The device comprises a height adjusting supporting walking assembly, a main body support, an adjusting frame and a clamping assembly. The height-adjusting supporting walking assembly is installed on the body support and used for supporting the body support, and rolling wheels are arranged at the bottom of the height-adjusting supporting walking assembly. And a U-shaped concave structure is arranged on the main body bracket. The adjusting frame is in sliding connection with the main body support and can be limited at different positions. A limiting plate located between the first side plate and the second side plate of the U-shaped downwards-concave structure is arranged on the adjusting frame. The clamping assembly is installed on the main body support and used for being matched with the limiting plate to clamp the bottoms of the doors and windows in the clamping area.
