The device has the beneficial effects that leveling and defoaming are integrated; the device can be used on a construction site through handheld pushing, so that the use is easy and convenient; the enough use flexibility is achieved through the adjustable leveling mechanism; and when defoaming is needed, the walking mechanisms are adopted so that the workload of constructors can be reduced, and only the direction needs to be controlled.
