The invention relates to a repairing construction method of an ultra-long concrete structure crack. The repairing construction method comprises the following specific steps: detecting concrete by adopting an ultrasonic flaw detector, detecting a crack hidden in the concrete, and marking a corresponding position on the surface of the concrete; observing the surface of the concrete, and recording cracks on the surface; preparing raw materials of repairing slurry, preparing the repairing slurry according to a ratio, and performing uniform mixing; repairing internal cracks; and repairing the cracks on the surface of the concrete: performing smooth polishing and thorough cleaning on the peripheries of the cracks on the outer surface of the concrete, and leveling the cracks by using the repairing slurry. Through the adoption of the repairing construction method disclosed by the invention, cracks on the surface of concrete can be repaired, the internal cracks can also be detected and repaired, repairing quality is better, and the quality of a concrete structure is higher.

本发明是一种超长混凝土结构裂缝修补施工方法，具体步骤为：采用超声波探伤仪对混凝土进行探测，探测到隐藏在混凝土内部的裂缝，并在混凝土的表面相对应的位置做出标记；观察混凝土的表面，记录表面存在的裂缝；准备修补浆料的原材料并按照配比制备修补浆料并混合均匀；对内部裂缝进行修补；对混凝土表面裂缝进行修补：将混凝土外表面裂缝周边打磨光滑并清理干净，利用修补浆料将裂缝处抹平。本发明不仅能够对混凝土表面进行裂缝修补，还可以对内部裂缝进行检测和修补，修补的质量更好，使得混凝土结构质量更高。
