The epoxy cement gum is adopted as a filler, the high-pressure pump cooperateswith the waterproof needle, the epoxy cement gum is injected into the chiseling layer, and then the epoxy cement gum is diffused to the hollowing position in the chiseling layer through the fluid diffusion property of the epoxy cement gum, so that treatment of the hollowing position is realized.
