The invention relates to a construction method of a prefabricated fair-faced concrete grandstand plate. The method comprises the following steps of 1, mounting positioning steel bars in mounting holesreserved in a structural beam or a steel beam, and paving rubber sheets around the positioning steel bars; 2, prefabricating fair-faced concrete stand plates, and arranging embedded parts at the positions, corresponding to the positioning steel bars, of the stand plates; 3, hoisting the stand plates in a partitioned manner, correspondingly inserting the positioning steel bars into the embedded parts, and connecting the positioning steel bars with the embedded parts through connecting pieces; 4, adopting waterproof sealant for sealing the positions between the stand plates and the structural beam or the steel beam or the positions between the upper stand plate and the lower stand plate; and 5, pouring slurry into the mounting holes. By optimizing the construction steps of the stand plates,the number of times of work resumption and reworking is reduced, it is convenient for a novel production mode to rise such as off-site prefabrication, the production efficiency is remarkably improved, and the cost is saved.
本发明涉及一种预制清水混凝土看台板的施工方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1:在结构梁或钢梁上预留的安装孔内安装定位钢筋,并在所述定位钢筋的周围铺设橡胶片;步骤2:预制清水混凝土看台板,所述看台板与所述定位钢筋对应的位置处设有预埋件;步骤3:分区吊装所述看台板,将所述定位钢筋对应插入所述预埋件中,并采用连接件连接所述定位钢筋和预埋件;步骤4:在所述看台板与所述结构梁或钢梁之间或者上下两层看台板之间采用防水密封胶进行密封;步骤5:向所述安装孔内灌注浆料。本发明通过优化看台板的施工步骤,减少了复工与返工的次数,且便于新型生产方式的兴起如场外预制,显著地提高了生产效率、节约了成本。
