The invention discloses a waterproof construction method for the surface of a fair-faced concrete prefabricated member plate. The method comprises the following steps of S1, pre-treating the surface of the fair-faced concrete prefabricated member plate to eliminate stains on the surface of a fair-faced concrete prefabricated member plate; S2, applying a permeable waterproof agent to the surface ofthe fair-faced concrete prefabricated member plate, vertically placing a to-be-sprayed surface of the fair-faced concrete prefabricated member plate, and spraying the permeable waterproof agent to the to-be-sprayed surface from bottom to top by using a watering can, wherein over 30 cm vertical dews can be seen after construction; and S3, after the permeable waterproof agent is dried naturally, applying an easily cleaned waterproof agent, spraying the easily cleaned waterproof agent by using an HVLP spray gun from bottom to top, and naturally drying the fair-faced concrete prefabricated memberplate to finish construction. By pre-treating and deeply treating the fair-faced concrete prefabricated member plate, concrete has the effects that the concrete is waterproof and permeable and the stains are easily cleaned. Meanwhile, original color and texture of the fair-faced concrete are reserved.
本发明公开了一种清水混凝土预制构件板表面的防水施工方法，包括以下步骤：步骤一、对清水混凝土预制构件板的表面进行预处理，清除清水混凝土预制构件板表面的污渍；步骤二、在清水混凝土预制构件板的表面施加渗透型防水剂，将清水混凝土预制构件板的待喷涂面垂直放置，采用喷壶由下至上于待喷涂面上喷涂渗透型防水剂，施加后可见30㎝以上的垂露；步骤三、待渗透型防水剂自然干燥后，施加易清洁型防水剂，易清洁型防水剂采用HVLP喷枪进行喷涂，喷涂方向为由下至上喷涂，自然干燥后，施工完成。本发明通过对清水混凝土预制构件板进行预处理与深层处理，使得混凝土达到防水透气、污渍易清洁的效果，同时保留了清水混凝土原本的色彩与质感。
