The invention discloses a multi-layer parking system based on a machine vision planning path. The multi-layer parking system comprises a plurality of groups of parking units, a parking management center and a mobile phone client, wherein each parking unit comprises vertical circulating stereo garages which are uniformly arrayed along the transverse direction of parked vehicles, a parking channel,hanging bracket transferring equipment and a camera; and each hanging bracket transferring equipment exchanges vehicle-parked parking hanging brackets in garages where the vehicles are parked in a centralized mode with empty hanging brackets in other garages, and the parking management center and the mobile phone client cooperate to select proper parking spaces and determine parking space places and entrance and exit places where customers enter to generate paths to guide the customers to move. According to the multi-layer parking system disclosed by the invention, the number of parked vehicles in all the vertical circulating stereo garages is equalized, and the problems of traffic flow concentration and traffic jam caused by the fact that the parked vehicles are concentrated in part of the stereo garages are avoided.
