The password anti-theft method comprises the steps: generating two sets of registration character strings after a registration request is received; after the fingerprint information is stored, displaying two groups of registration character strings to a user and storing a graphic password input by the user; judging whether the input graphic passwords are consistent or not, if so, successfully registering, and storing the fingerprint information and the graphic track; otherwise,determining that registration fails; enabling the user to send an authentication request to the server through the client; after the fingerprint information is successfully verified, searching a corresponding graphic track based on the fingerprint information of the user and generating a character string required by authentication; based on the character string and the graphic track, obtaining a real password corresponding to this time; generating a matrix list and displaying the matrix list to a user; judging whether the authentication password input by the user contains a real password or not, if so, successfully authenticating, and entering the next operation; and if not, determining that the authentication fails, and sending authentication failure information.
