High-transmittance and high-entropy transparent ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a high-transmittance and high-entropy transparent ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of: preparing a rare earth ion nitrate solution according to a stoichiometric ratio, adding ammonia water and citric acid, and performing heating continuously till the solution becomes gel; then, in the combustion process, calcining the gel solution at a low temperature to obtain polymer powder, calcining the obtained powder at a high temperature, subjecting the obtained powder to ball milling in deionized water, and then conducting sieving, drying and dry pressing molding to obtain a biscuit; and finally, performing sintering and annealing, namely sintering the biscuit in a vacuum furnace, then performing annealing in air, conductinggrinding and polishing to obtain the high-entropy transparent ceramic. The transparent ceramic is divided into five high-entropy solid solution phases and has rich absorption peaks and various application potentials. The nano ceramic powder prepared by the improved combustion method is small in size and uniformly distributed. The high-entropy transparent ceramic is high in transmittance, simple and convenient in preparation method and stable in product quality, thereby being suitable for industrial production.
本发明提供了一种高透过率高熵透明陶瓷及其制备方法,首先按照化学计量比配置稀土离子硝酸盐溶液,加入氨水及柠檬酸并不断加热,直至溶液变为凝胶状;然后,燃烧过程,将凝胶溶液低温煅烧得到聚合物粉末,将得到的粉末高温煅烧,将得到的粉末在去离子水中球磨,然后过筛、干燥、干压成型得到素坯;最后,烧结和退火过程,将素坯置于真空炉中烧结,之后在空气中退火,研磨抛光后得到高熵透明陶瓷。透明陶瓷被分为五个高熵固溶相,具有丰富的吸收峰和多种应用潜力。通过改进的燃烧法制备的纳米陶瓷粉末尺寸小且均匀分布。该高熵透明陶瓷透过率高,制备方法简便,产品质量稳定,因而适合工业化生产。
