High-transmittance transparent ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-transmittance transparent ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The high-transmittance transparent ceramic comprises a transparent ceramic substrate, a first niobium oxide film layer, a first silicon oxide film layer, a second niobium oxide film layer and a second silicon oxide film layer. The first niobium oxide film layer, the first silicon oxide film layer, the second niobium oxide film layer and the second silicon oxide film layer are sequentially arranged on the transparent ceramic base material in a stacked mode; the antireflection film layers can be matched with the basic light transmission performance of the transparent ceramic base material, and the antireflection film layers have good adhesion performance with the surface of the transparent ceramic base material, so the lowest reflectivity of the high-light-transmittance transparent ceramic at the visible light wave band of 380-780 is 5% or below, the highest light transmittance is 93% or above, and the high-light-transmittance transparent ceramic can be applied to multiple fields. The transparent ceramic is prepared by adopting a magnetron sputtering method, the process is simple, the efficiency is high, the preparation can be completed under the condition that the structural strength and the forming process of the transparent ceramic are not influenced, and the method is suitable for batch production.
本申请涉及一种高透光透明陶瓷及其制备方法。高透光透明陶瓷包括透明陶瓷基材、第一氧化铌膜层、第一氧化硅膜层、第二氧化铌膜层和第二氧化硅膜层。第一氧化铌膜层、第一氧化硅膜层、第二氧化铌膜层和第二氧化硅膜层依次层叠设置于透明陶瓷基材上,这些增透膜层能够与透明陶瓷基材的基础透光性能相吻合,同时与透明陶瓷基材的表面具有良好的附着性能,使得高透光透明陶瓷在可见光380‑780波段反射率最低达到5%以下,最高透光率在93%以上,使其满足于多领域的应用。并且本申请采用磁控溅射法制备,工艺简单,效率高,且可在不影响透明陶瓷结构强度和成型工艺的条件下完成,适合批量化生产。
