The invention relates to a prefabricated assembled bent cap structure connected through shear keys and a construction method. The structure comprises a cover beam mounted on a pier beam and is characterized in that the bent cap comprises two bent cap units which are spliced through a connecting piece, the bent cap units are spliced with the corresponding pier beams through connecting pieces; the connecting piece comprises a shear key, a connecting steel plate and a concave steel groove; concave steel grooves are pre-buried in the bottom faces of the bent cap units in the transverse direction,a concave steel groove is pre-buried in the splicing face of one bent cap unit in the longitudinal direction, prefabricated holes used for containing the shear keys and the connecting steel plates areformed in the splicing face of the other bent cap unit and the upper end face of the pier beam, bonding layers are arranged between the splicing faces of the two bent cap units and between the connecting faces of the bent cap units and the pier beams, the shear capacity of the splicing faces of the structure is high, the shear key is installed on the ground, the meshing degree and compactness ofthe shear key and the bent cap structure can be effectively improved, and the overall structure is more stable.
本发明涉及一种剪力键连接的预制拼装盖梁结构及施工方法,包括安装在墩梁上的盖梁,其特征在于:所述盖梁包括经连接件相拼接的两个盖梁单元,盖梁单元经连接件与对应的墩梁相拼接,所述连接件包括剪切键、连接钢板、凹型钢槽,盖梁单元底面沿横向预埋有凹型钢槽,一盖梁单元的拼接面上沿纵向预埋有凹型钢槽,另一盖梁单元的拼接面上及墩梁的上端面设置有用于容纳剪切键、连接钢板的预制孔洞,两个盖梁单元拼接面之间、盖梁单元与墩梁的连接面之间均设置有粘结层,本结构拼接面的抗剪能力强,剪力键的安装是在地上进行,可以有效提高剪力键与盖梁结构的咬合度、紧密度,使整体结构更加稳固。
