Nested standardized prefabricated assembled bent cap and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a nested standardized prefabricated assembled bent cap and a construction method thereof. Comprising a prefabricated core block and a plurality of prefabricated nested blocks which are prefabricated and matched; the prefabricated core block is of a rectangular strip-shaped structure, and the three side faces in the length direction of the prefabricated core block are embedded into the embedding groove of the first prefabricated embedding block. The cross section of each prefabricated nesting block is of a concave strip-shaped structure, and an embedding groove penetrating through the two ends is formed in the middle of the surface of one side in the length direction; the embedded groove of each prefabricated nested block is matched with the shape of the previous prefabricated nested block or matched with the shape of the prefabricated core block. During construction, firstly, the prefabricated core block and the prefabricated nesting block are prefabricated, and then the prefabricated core block is hoisted; and after completion, connection of the prefabricated core block and the first prefabricated nesting block is achieved through a wet joint, and then connection of all the prefabricated nesting blocks is completed one by one. Standardized design of the cover beam is achieved, and the construction speed of the cover beam is increased.
本发明公开了嵌套式标准化预制拼装盖梁及其施工方法;包括预制核心块和预制匹配的多道预制嵌套块;预制核心块是矩形条状结构,长度方向的三个侧面嵌套在第一道预制嵌套块的嵌入槽内;每一道预制嵌套块均横截面呈“凹”字形的条状结构,沿长度方向一侧的表面的中部设有贯通两端的嵌入槽;每一道预制嵌套块的嵌入槽均与前一道预制嵌套块的外形相匹配,或者与预制核心块的外形相匹配。施工时,首先预制预制核心块和预制嵌套块,然后吊装预制核心块;完成后通过湿接缝实现预制核心块与位第一道预制嵌套块的连接,之后逐一完成所有所有的预制嵌套块的连接。本发明实现了盖梁的标准化设计,加快盖梁的施工速度。
