The invention discloses an anti-impact type spilled oil recovery type oil containment boom which includes an oil baffle, an upper floating body, deceleration blocks, an oil suction pipe, a flared bodyand other parts. A triangular clamping slot for connecting the oil baffle is formed in the top end of the upper floating body, an oil collecting hole for recovering surface oil slick is formed in thetop end of the upper floating body, an oil-water separation membrane for oil-water separation is arranged in the upper floating body, grooves for fixing the deceleration blocks are formed in the upper surface of the upper floating body, a gravity module for keeping the parts, located below one third of the deceleration blocks, of the deceleration blocks to be immersed in water is arranged at thelower end of the upper floating body, and the surfaces of the deceleration blocks are wrapped with oil-absorbing felt to absorb part of the dirty oil. When waves with dirty oil hit the oil containmentboom, through the deceleration of the deceleration blocks, part of the dirty oil is collected by the oil-absorbing felt, and the other part is collected by the oil collecting hole of the upper floating body and then discharged through the oil suction pipe. The anti-impact type spilled oil recovery type oil containment boom can effectively contain and recover the dirty oil under strong wave flow.
