The invention provides an anti-impact oil containment boom for intercepting torrent river spilled oil. The anti-impact type oil containment boom comprises a floating body, a damping device, a buffering rolling set, a connecting chain and a balance weight chain, one longitudinal section of the floating body is in a water drop shape, and a hollow cavity is formed in the floating body; the damping device is mounted in the hollow cavity; the buffer rolling group is mounted on the upper surface of the floating body and comprises a rotating shaft, a roller and a fixed baffle; the lower end of the floating body is connected with the counterweight chain through a connecting chain. The anti-impact oil containment boom can be used for various water areas, can resist water flow impact and wind impact, and overcomes the defect that an existing conventional oil containment boom is poor in applicability.
