The invention discloses a method for forming holes for foundation piles without pile casings on aeolian sand dune steep slopes. The method includes the steps: firstly, a construction platform is leveled, and a water jetting sinking method is adopted for leveling, an excavator is used for rough leveling at first, and watering and moistening are conducted simultaneously; and secondly, jet grouting pile casings are constructed, high-pressure jet grouting piles are used for continuous construction and closely combined with each other to finally form a closed annular space, the effects that the adjacent jet grouting piles partially overlap and the formed pile casings are airtight with the inner diameter being 30 cm larger than the diameter of pile foundations; wherein, the construction items for the construction of the jet grouting pile casings include drilling rig positioning, cement slurry preparing, drilling, grouting pipe lifting and mixing. Through the method of the invention, the technical problems that the disturbance of the surrounding soil in the process of vibrating steel casings is liable to cause landslides, platform collapse and other accidents since it is difficult to vibrate steel casings due to denser sand layers on the steep slopes of an aeolian sand formation, and large-scale machinery and vibrating hammers for arranging the steel casings are difficult to reach thepile positions are solved.
