The invention provides a nano thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The nano thermal insulation material is prepared through the steps of: preparing materials, mixing the materials, granulating the mixture to obtain long granules, determining the state of the long granules, granulating the long granules, and performing compression molding, hydrophobic treatment and the like. According to the invention, the dust problem in the mixing and pressing stages is fundamentally solved by carrying out wet granulation on the powder firstly and then carrying out compression molding; meanwhile, all the components of the granulated raw materials are fixed, so that the problem of raw material sinking caused by high density of individual raw material components is avoided in the transportation and storage processes; therefore, the uniformity problem of the product is solved.
本发明提出一种纳米隔热材料及其制备方法,通过物料准备、混合物料、造粒得到长颗粒、判断长颗粒状态、混合物料进行造粒、压制成型、疏水处理等步骤得到纳米隔热材料。本发明通过先对粉体进行湿法造粒,然后再压制成型的方法,根本上解决了混料、压制阶段的粉尘问题,同时,造粒后的原料各组分之间被固定,在运输、贮存过程中,避免了因个别原料组分密度大而导致的原料下沉问题,从而解决了产品的均匀性问题。
