The invention provides a nanometer thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof, and the nanometer thermal insulation material comprises the following components: 3-9% of a reinforced fiber membrane, 5-10% of nanopore silicon-doped carbon fiber, 5-10% of an opacifying agent, and the balance of modified silica fume with the particle size of 10-100 nm. Wherein the structure of the nanopore silicon-doped carbon fiber is a spiral structure. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the reinforced fibers, the modified silica fume, the opacifying agent and the nanopore silicon-doped carbon fibers in a high-speed stirrer; and performing dry pressing to obtain a sample, and drying the sample in a drying oven. According to the nanometer heat insulation material and the preparation method thereof, on the premise that the heat insulation effect is not influenced or even improved, the nanometer heat insulation material which is good in heat insulation performance, still efficient in heat insulation performance under the high-temperature condition and good in mechanical property is obtained by taking the micro-silicon powder as a matrix raw material and taking the reinforced fiber membrane and the nanometer hole silicon-doped carbon fiber as reinforcements.
本发明提供了一种纳米隔热材料及其制备方法,包括以下成分,3‑9%增强纤维膜、5‑10%纳米孔掺硅碳纤维、5‑10%遮光剂、粒径为10‑100nm的改性微硅粉余量;其中,纳米孔掺硅碳纤维的结构为螺旋结构。制备方法包括以下步骤:取增强纤维、改性微硅粉、遮光剂、纳米孔掺硅碳纤维,置于高速搅拌机内混合均匀;干压成型制得试样,放入烘箱内干燥。本发明提供一种纳米隔热材料及其制备方法,在不影响甚至是提高隔热效果的前提下,以微硅粉为基体原料,增强纤维膜和纳米孔掺硅碳纤维作为增强体,获得一种隔热性能佳,高温条件下隔热性能依旧高效,力学性能好的纳米隔热材料。
