Concrete prefabricated floor tile and forming method thereof
The invention discloses a concrete prefabricated floor tile and a forming method thereof. The concrete prefabricated floor tile comprises a structural layer and a facing layer which are integrally formed through ultra-high performance concrete, wherein the facing layer is fixedly connected to the upper side of the structural layer, a plurality of threaded steel sleeves are embedded in the lower side face of the structural layer in the circumferential direction, and the facing layer is coated with a hydrophobic material layer. According to the floor tile disclosed by the invention, the strengthand the bending resistance of the floor tile are greatly improved by using the ultra-high performance concrete and matching with the steel fibers. By configuring different decorative layer materialsand mold surface styles according to the requirements of customers on the decorative layer, floor tiles with different patterns and textures can be manufactured. The surface layer is provided with thehydrophobic material to increase the surface tension and effectively improve the anti-fouling performance of the floor tile. The threaded steel sleeves reserved at the four corners of the floor tileare used for flexibly adjusting the installation height in the installation process.
