The invention discloses a normal-temperature synthesis method of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 20-50 parts of an allyl polyoxyethylene ether macromonomer, 0.5-10 part of an initiator, 1-20 parts of a first synthesis component, 1-20 parts of a second synthesis component and 0.5-10 part of a catalyst. According to the normal-temperature synthesis method of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer, a normal-temperature synthesis mode is adopted, no external heating energy is consumed, the synthesiscost is reduced, the environmental pollution problem is reduced, the synthesis time is not influenced by the heating process, and the synthesis time is relatively stable, so that the synthesis time isalso reduced; and the efficiency of synthesizing the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is improved.
