Novel track damping composite material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a novel track damping composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The composite material is composed of 22-25 parts by weight of waste tires, 50-55 parts by weight of waste plastic, 15-15.5 parts by weight of glass fibers, 2.5-3.5 parts by weight of a coupling agent and 5-7 parts by weight of a calcium carbonate-containing raw material A. According to the composite material, the properties of two opposite materials, namely bending strength and elasticity, are well fused, and the composite material has a good critical damping material. Allthe raw materials are simple in component, wherein the main raw materials are recycled, so that resource recycling is facilitated and the raw material cost is low; the proportion difference among theraw materials is small, the proportion is reasonable, and uniform mixing in the processing and production process is facilitated, so that the material has ideal bending strength and elasticity and isbeneficial to large-scale production and application in the rail transit industry.
本发明公开了一种新型轨道减震复合材料及其制备方法和应用;所述复合材料由22‑25重量份的废旧轮胎、50‑55重量份的废旧塑料、15‑15.5重量份的玻璃纤维、2.5‑3.5重量份的偶联剂和5‑7重量份的含碳酸钙原料A组成。该复合材料将抗弯强度和弹性这两个对立材料性能很好融合,具有良好的临界减震材料。各原料组分简单,主要原料采用回收品,有利于资源再利用,且原料成本低,原料间比例相差小,配比合理,有利于加工生产过程中实现拌料的均匀,且具有理想的抗弯强度和弹性,有利于在轨道交通行业内大规模生产应用。
